Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with French consumer protection laws regarding the right of withdrawal.

Return Conditions:

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
• You must contact us before returning any item at: contact@voltsetup.fr

Refunds:
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
