Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made through VoltSetup and comply with French consumer protection laws.

Orders:
Any order placed on our website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of payment issues or stock unavailability.

Prices:
All prices are displayed in euros (€), including all applicable taxes (VAT included). We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time.

Payment:
Payment is due immediately upon placing an order. We accept credit/debit card payments and any other payment methods offered at checkout.

Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

Disputes:
